This unit powers on, POSTs, and boots into an operating system (Windows 11). The OS is a fresh install on a wiped drive. Please note we have only installed Windows 11 onto the system, the buyer will be responsible for going through the Windows setup and updating/driver installation process. This unit is missing the internal battery but an AC adapter is included. Please note, there are some scuffing on the lid. Also note, one of the rubber foot is missing from the back cover.
