Return Window: 30 Days
You have a full 30 days to return most new, unused products in their original packaging. After that, refunds or exchanges may no longer be possible. It’s our way of making sure we meet your expectations quickly.
Approval Criteria
Returns are eligible when:
- The item is in new, unused, and re-saleable condition
- It’s returned in the original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
We want to ensure every product returned is in the same great shape it left our shop.
Non-Returnable Products
Some items, unfortunately, aren’t eligible for returns. These include:
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Personal care, sanitary, or perishable items
- Hazardous or flammable materials

Refund & Exchange Process
- Once we receive and review your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few business days.
- Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
- Sale and clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
Only faulty or damaged items qualify for exchanges. If you spot an issue:
- Contact us with photos or a description of the problem
- We’ll guide you through sending the product back
- We’ll send you the same item as a replacement, no questions asked
